The iPSC-derived myotubes using ProFuse’s technology demonstrate a significantly higher level of maturity compared to the benchmark. Key parameters including fusion index, relative fiber width, and area coverage are substantially increased. The resulting myotubes show proper expression of key sarcomeric proteins, indicating a more advanced state of maturation. This leads to the generation of more biologically relevant muscle tissue in a significantly shorter timeframe.
